Return Policy
Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, enjoyable and
beneficial. Occasionally products need to be returned for one reason or another. We want
to make that experience as convenient as possible.
The following is our basic Return Policy:

Returning a Product Under Manufacturer's Warranty: |

To benefit from the full protection of the manufacturer's warranty,
the product must be returned directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty
information and phone number is included with the product. When you call the
manufacturer's Customer Service Department, a representative will assist you with their
return procedure and warranty program. |

Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping: |
|
|
Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has
happened to your order, please call the shipper who delivered your order, to activate
their Claims Program. If UPS was the shipper, call 1-800-PICKUPS.
If the shipper was FedEx please call 1-800-GOFEDEX.
These companies are reliable and responsible and they each have customer friendly claims
programs. |

Returning a Product for Other Reasons: |
|

We'll be glad to accept returns for other reasons provided the
product is in perfect working order, is still in its original condition and container and
you return it within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Department to
receive a "Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). Indicate the reason for the
return in space provided below and include a copy of this slip in the carton, for
identification of your goods. Including a copy of this form will allow us to process your
return rapidly and correctly. Also, you may use an enclosed sheet of paper with the return
detailing the reason of the return. Return the product to us via UPS Insured. For
non-mailable items, please call our Customer Service number to arrange for return
shipment.
When we have received your return, we will credit the card that was used to make
the purchase. You will be credited the full price of the product and any applicable tax,
less a 20% restocking fee. We will notify you via E-mail of your refund. |

Exchanges: |

Our return center cannot process exchanges. If
you've found another item on our website you'd prefer, please place a separate order for
the new item and return the unwanted one under the terms of our Return Policy. |
